Premier Brands Group Holdings is seeking an Account Services Lead to oversee wholesale account operations, order management, and e-commerce coordination across our brands. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely fulfillment, and strong partner relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of related experience, a solid understanding of EDI, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration within apparel or fashion wholesale.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of related experience in account services or wholesale operations.
• Experience in guiding team members; supervisory experience not required.
• Strong understanding of EDI processing, order allocation, and inventory management.
• Experience with key department store accounts and major retail partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee wholesale account operations and order management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate orders.
• Provide training and guidance to Account Services staff.
• Monitor order accuracy, inventory availability, and fulfillment performance.
• Escalate and resolve complex account discrepancies with internal and external partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
