Job summary

Premier Brands Group Holdings is seeking an Account Services & E‑Commerce Coordinator to support wholesale account operations, order management, product data administration, and digital content coordination across branded and private label businesses.

This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, Operations and external retail partners to ensure accurate order processing and timely information distribution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience in account services or wholesale operations.
• Experience with major retail accounts and retailer-specific requirements.
• Experience with product data management systems (Salsify/PLM/RLM) is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order files and ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate order allocations and manage shortages.
• Manage product data and retailer attribute sheets.
• Update retailer portals with product imagery and descriptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations.
• Provide reporting and monitor orders daily.
