Job summary

Devil Mountain Wholesale Nursery is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager I to drive sales growth at our Eagle Creek location. This in-office role partners with Dispatch, Purchasing, Inventory, and Yard teams to deliver excellent service and accurate order processing.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle from estimates to invoicing, build lasting customer relationships, and leverage plant knowledge to meet goals in a high-volume wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in nursery, landscape, or related industry.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Strong plant knowledge or ability to quickly develop expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and meet established goals.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide accurate estimates, inventory availability, and product guidance.
• Offer substitutions and proactive solutions when inventory constraints arise.
• Manage orders from entry through delivery and invoicing with precision.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
