Job summary

The role supports production and sales by forecasting, maintaining data accuracy, and providing regular availability updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage data accurately.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred.
• Knowledge of plant nomenclature and nursery operations.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders for inventory purchases.
• Coordinate with Receiving and Accounts Payable to resolve inventory issues.
• Review inventory reports to monitor accuracy and availability.
• Work with Inventory Coordinators to correct discrepancies.
• Enter BOM information and other ERP data.
• Communicate with Sales, Purchasing, and Yard teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide weekly plant availability reports.
• Perform cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Assist with plant container labeling.
• Perform additional office or yard tasks as needed.
