Devil Mountain Wholesale Nursery is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager I to drive sales growth at our Eagle Creek location. This in-office role partners with Dispatch, Purchasing, Inventory, and Yard teams to deliver excellent service and accurate order processing.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle from estimates to invoicing, build lasting customer relationships, and leverage plant knowledge to meet goals in a high-volume wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in nursery, landscape, or related industry.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Strong plant knowledge or ability to quickly develop expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS/inventory systems.

The Role

Devil Mountain Wholesale Nursery is seeking a performance-driven Sales Account Manager to deliver best-in-class service while driving sales growth at a high-volume wholesale nursery location. This role manages the full sales lifecycle, from estimates and inventory inquiries to order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing.

The Sales Account Manager builds strong customer relationships, anticipates contractor needs, and leverages plant knowledge and operational awareness to ensure accurate, timely, and professional execution. This position partners closely with Dispatch, Purchasing, Inventory, and Yard teams to deliver consistent results and customer satisfaction.

This is an in-office role with regular presence in the nursery yard. No remote option is available. Work includes extended sitting or standing, extensive typing and 10-key use, outdoor exposure to varying weather conditions, and navigating uneven ground surfaces. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs approximately 20% of the time is required.
