Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) seeks a Social Media Representative to deliver premier customer service through active engagement on social platforms. You will interact with service members and their families, respond to inquiries, and help resolve concerns related to their shopping experiences at NEX stores.

You will utilize social media tools to monitor channels, provide timely responses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction across Omni Channel

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in retail or ecommerce customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online inquiries and complaints across social media channels in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide premier customer service during online interactions with service members and families.
• Collaborate with Marketing and PAO to address sensitive issues and escalate as needed.
• Generate reporting on trends and issues to support real-time decision making.
• Maintain knowledge of current templates and emerging social media trends.
