Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers and make a connection.
• Ask questions and listen to customer needs to determine solutions.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about promotions and events; provide premier customer service.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory processes; participate in periodic inventories.
• Cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs; use product knowledge and store layout to guide decisions.
• Operate the Point-of-Sales system; handle cash, discounts, gift cards, and returns; ensure accurate tendering.
