NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Sales Associate. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers recognize needs and articulating product benefits in a professional manner.

A positive, outgoing attitude and dedication to customer service are essential. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, cross-selling and upselling, and handling POS transactions.

Qualificações

• Retail knowledge of products and merchandise.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication with customers and colleagues.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide helpful recommendations.
• Keep the store organized and maintain store appearance.
• Cross-sell and upsell merchandise based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ticketing; participate in counts.
• Adhere to work schedule and complete assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
