• Ability to supervise a group of associates and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision for a group of associates in clerical, retail and concierge services.
• Prepares work schedules, assigns workload, and provides on-the-job training.
• Reviews subordinates' performance, approves/ disapproves leave and may recommend promotions or disciplinary actions.
• Promotes morale and enforces EEO policies among staff.
• Greets and engages customers to identify needs and provide Premier service.
• Uses knowledge of store layout and promotions to guide customers efficiently.
• Acts as a personal shopper for customers with special needs to enhance service quality.
• Promotes NEX social media engagement and STAR/MC program signups.
• Maintains customer interaction logs and supports management analysis.
