Wellist is seeking a Wellbeing Specialist to deliver compassionate, high- quality support to patients and families. You will guide users through life challenges, connect them with the right resources, and coordinate with hospital partners to ensure access and follow-through.

This is a fast-paced role with high accountability and a strong emphasis on privacy. You will work on-site in Boston, providing personalized assistance, timely follow-ups, and thoughtful problem-solving for diverse scenarios

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare navigation or patient support is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove, empathetic support to patients and families via phone and email.
• Identify the best resources and personalize guidance for each situation.
• Coordinate with hospital teams and HR to ensure access to resources.
