Job summary

Wellist is seeking a Wellbeing Specialist to deliver white-glove support to patients, families, and caregivers, helping them navigate life’s challenges with empathy and speed. You will be central to creating thoughtful, personalized assistance that makes a real difference during difficult moments.

In this role, you will collaborate with hospital teams and HR leaders, manage multiple cases, research resources, and provide clear next steps that connect people to the right supports within the

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent cases while maintaining quality, accuracy, and response times
• Handling inbound requests from members, caregivers, and partner staff, documenting intake carefully, assessing needs, and identifying resources
• Researching and verifying resources to ensure accuracy
• Conducting outreach to introduce the program, follow up on referrals, confirm needs, and/or ensure access to resources
• Communicating clearly and thoughtfully with patients, caregivers, and partner staff across phone and written channels
• Consistently meet responsiveness metrics while maintaining a high bar for quality in every interaction
