Job summary

Pure Infusion in Sherman Oaks is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC). The role involves calling, scheduling, and welcoming patients for biologic infusions, coordinating with referring practices, and ensuring a smooth patient visit.

Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with weekends/holidays off and a competitive hourly rate. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, CRM/EMR proficiency, and a BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to meet U.S. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients into the clinic for their biologic infusions.
• Coordinate care, orders, and documentation with referring practices and local Market Executive.
• Ensure every detail of the patient’s visit goes smoothly and provide a white-glove experience.
