Job summary

Pure Infusion in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) to welcome patients for biologic infusions, schedule visits, and coordinate with referring practices. The role supports a white-glove, concierge-level patient experience in a fast-paced clinic.

Ideal candidates will combine honesty, integrity, and strong communication with comfort using CRM and EMR systems; familiarity with medical environments; and ability to work with nurses and staff to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to meet U.S. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients into the clinic for biologic infusions.
• Coordinate care, orders, and documentation with referring practices and staff.
• Ensure smooth finishes of each patient visit by collaborating with nurses and team.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and patient records to deliver a concierge-level experience.
