Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients for infusions at the clinic.
• Coordinate care, orders, and documentation with referring practices and the Market Executive.
• Ensure smooth patient visits and accurate scheduling and coordination.
