Pure Infusion in Mesa is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) to greet and guide patients through their infusion visits. You’ll coordinate schedules, prepare patient records, and liaise with referring practices to ensure seamless care delivery.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong communication, and are comfortable using CRM/EMR software. This role offers a stable schedule and a supportive team focused on compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM/EMR software is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Call and schedule patient appointments for infusions.
• Welcome patients into clinic and assist with their visit process.
• Coordinate care with referring practices and Market Executive.
• Ensure all visit details are accurate and handled smoothly.
