Job summary

Pure Infusion in Berkeley is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) to welcome and schedule patients for biologic infusions. You will coordinate with referring practices and the Market Executive to ensure smooth visits, with a white-glove, concierge-level experience.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, customer service, and comfort with CRM/EMR systems. A high school diploma and BLS within 30 days are required; the role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and excellent communication skills with patients, colleagues, and referring practices.
• Excel in customer service skills in both phone and in-person settings (medical environment experience preferred).

Responsibilities
