Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) to greet and schedule patients for biologic infusions, coordinating with referring practices and the clinic team to ensure a smooth visit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable with CRM/EMR software, hold a HS diploma, and complete BLS within 30 days. U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to meet U.S. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients for infusions.
• Coordinate care with referring practices and clinic team.
• Assist with orders and documentation to ensure smooth visits.
• Maintain a patient-first, concierge-level experience.
