Kimbrell’s Home Furnishings (Furniture Distributors, Inc.) seeks a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to safely deliver and set up furniture in customers’ homes, while delivering a premium white-glove experience. The role also supports showroom operations, warehouse functions, and customer account activities to ensure a seamless, customer-centric journey across all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; education/experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry 10–100+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends as needed.
• Bilingual (English–Spanish) ability may be a plus based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes with care and professionalism.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and maneuver merchandise while protecting homes.
• Verify delivery accuracy, obtain signatures, and confirm customer satisfaction.
• Document damaged/missing items and escalate concerns as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally.
• Support showroom operations with merchandising and displays.
• Assist with inventory movement between warehouse and showroom.
• Support warehouse activities including receiving and staging merchandise.
• Assist with customer account follow-ups and authorized repossessions per policy.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and perform routine inspections.
• Assess and document service issues and report findings to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
