Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to safely deliver and set up furniture in customers’ homes while providing a premium white-glove experience. The role also supports showroom operations, warehouse tasks, and customer account activities to ensure a cohesive, customer-centric journey.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, installation, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver a high-quality, white-glove customer experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for furniture assembly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes with a high level of care and professionalism.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and maneuver merchandise while protecting customer homes and property.
• Verify delivery accuracy, obtain customer signatures, and confirm satisfaction with delivered products.
• Document and report damaged or missing items and escalate customer concerns as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
• Support showroom operations by merchandising, moving, and maintaining clean, organized displays.
• Assist with inventory movement between warehouse and showroom and help maintain accurate product placement.
