Job summary

Kimbrell's Furniture is seeking a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to safely deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers' homes while delivering a white-glove experience. This role also supports showroom and warehouse operations to ensure a seamless, customer-centric service.

You will handle delivery vehicles, verify accuracy, document issues, and assist with accounts and repossessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver a high-quality, white-glove customer experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for furniture assembly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Problem-solving skills with sound judgment and escalation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes with a high level of care and professionalism.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and maneuver merchandise while protecting customer homes and property.
• Verify delivery accuracy, obtain customer signatures, and confirm satisfaction with delivered products.
• Document and report damaged or missing items and elevate customer concerns as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
