Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to safely deliver and set up furniture, providing a premium white-glove experience for customers in homes and showrooms. You’ll support warehouse and account activities, ensuring a seamless, customer-centric experience across all interactions.

The role emphasizes professional service, accurate reporting, and collaboration with store teams to uphold the brand’s standards and help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes with a high level of care and professionalism
• Safely load, secure, transport, and maneuver merchandise while protecting customer homes and property
• Verify delivery accuracy, obtain customer signatures, and confirm satisfaction with delivered products
• Document and report damaged or missing items and elevate customer concerns as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally in all interactions
• Support showroom operations by merchandising, moving, and maintaining clean, organized displays
• Assist with inventory movement between warehouse and showroom and help maintain accurate product placement
• Support warehouse activities including receiving, staging, and organizing merchandise
• Assist with customer account follow-ups, collection efforts, and authorized repossessions in compliance with company policies
• Operate delivery vehicles safely, perform routine inspections, and report maintenance needs
• Assess and document service issues, capturing detailed information and communicating findings to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
