Job summary

Kimbrell's Furniture is seeking a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers' homes with white-glove care. This role also supports showroom operations, warehouse functions, and customer account activities to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience across interactions.

You will safely load, transport, and protect homes, verify delivery accuracy, and document issues while representing the brand professionally.

• Basic mechanical aptitude for furniture assembly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers' homes with care.
• Safely load, transport, and protect homes during delivery.
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures.
• Document damaged items and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support showroom operations and maintain displays.
• Assist with warehouse and inventory movements.
• Support customer account follow-ups and repossessions as needed.
• Operate delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Identify service issues and communicate findings to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
