Job summary

Kimbrell's Furniture is seeking a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to safely deliver and set up furniture in customers' homes, providing a white-glove customer experience. The role also supports showroom operations and warehouse tasks to ensure a seamless, customer-centric approach across interactions.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to lift 10-100+ pounds, and full-time availability including weekends; bilingual ability may be a plus depending on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-100+ pounds regularly.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, push, and pull frequently.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to navigate routes using maps or GPS.
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends as needed.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) ability may be a plus based on specific store staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes with a high level of care and professionalism
• Safely load, secure, transport, and maneuver merchandise while protecting customer homes and property
• Verify delivery accuracy, obtain customer signatures, and confirm satisfaction with delivered products
• Document and report damaged or missing items and elevate customer concerns as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally in all interactions
• Support showroom operations by merchandising, moving, and maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
