Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist in the United States. The role focuses on safely delivering and setting up furniture while delivering an exceptional white-glove customer experience in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a home setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Capable of following safety procedures and documenting issues accurately.
• Bilingual abilities (English-Spanish) may be a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers' homes with care and professionalism.
• Safely load, transport, and maneuver merchandise while protecting homes and property.
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures; confirm satisfaction with products.
• Document damaged or missing items and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support showroom operations by merchandising and maintaining displays.
• Assist with inventory movement between warehouse and showroom and with warehouse activities.
• Handle customer account follow-ups and authorized repossessions per company policy.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and report maintenance needs.
• Identify and communicate service issues to management.
