Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced executive IT support specialist in Richmond, VA to deliver high-touch desk-side and remote assistance for senior leadership and executive assistants.

You will configure, deploy, and troubleshoot executive devices, manage identity and access, and support enterprise collaboration platforms. The role requires discretion, independent work, and availability for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Extensive VIP/executive desk-side support experience.
• Proven ability to deliver white-glove IT services to C-suite executives.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Experience with Intune/Mobile Device Management and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove IT support to executives, senior leaders, and assistants.
• Serve as primary escalation point for executive tech issues and incidents.
• Deliver onsite and remote support for hardware, software, mobility, and conferencing.
• Configure and maintain executive devices; manage imaging and asset lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot AD, Entra ID, VPN, MFA, and access-related problems.
• Support Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex, and other enterprise platforms.
• Assist with executive meetings and high-profile events; manage AV readiness.
• Manage devices via MDM (Intune) and oversee spare inventory.
