Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide onsite end-user support at our Atlanta, GA corporate office. You will resolve hardware/software/network issues, support executive leadership, and maintain shared tech resources including video conference rooms and wireless networks.

The role requires hands-on Windows/macOS/iPadOS/iOS/Android support, 365 apps expertise, and experience with Entra/Intune/AD. Onsite work with occasional travel for events is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on End User Support experience.
• Strong expertise with Windows, macOS, iPadOS, iOS, Android and end-user devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Active Directory for troubleshooting and management.
• Experience supporting conference room A/V equipment and video conferencing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support via walk-up, phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver white-glove support to executive leadership, including VPs and senior leaders.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Support meeting and event technology, including A/V conferencing and presentation systems.
• Set up, relocate, and support workstations and technology for employees and visitors.
• Perform remote endpoint maintenance, patching, vulnerability remediation, and system health monitoring.
