Job summary

Link Technologies, a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is seeking a Help Desk Engineer – Desktop Support to join our team. You will provide white-glove technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration apps to executives and staff, with emphasis on security, confidentiality, and rapid issue resolution.

Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, and remote tools is expected, along with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executives and confidential information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments is a plus (hotels, resorts, or casinos preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support executives and staff with computers, phones, and accounts.
• Reset passwords, fix login/MFA issues, troubleshoot email and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Fix network, VPN, and printer issues.
• Explain tech stuff in plain language; manage Computers & Devices.
• Set up and fix Windows and Mac computers; handle upgrades and re-imaging.
