Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Driver Helper (Travel Team) in Sterling, USA, to support the safe, compliant delivery and installation of sensitive, high-value equipment to Data Center Operations sites. The role requires performing white-glove service, following strict safety protocols, and assisting with on-site installation in dynamic environments.

You will assist with loading, unloading, and placement of server systems, complete POD documentation, travel to other U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in delivery, warehouse operations, moving/installation, or similar physically demanding roles.
• Experience with white glove deliveries, data center logistics, or high-value equipment preferred.
• Ability to move and position large, heavy equipment safely in controlled environments.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks, dollies, and lift assists.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with deliveries from warehouse to Data Center Operations (DCO) sites.
• Support loading, unloading, and securement of freight for safe transport.
• Assist with installation and placement of server systems and sensitive equipment.
• Perform installation support activities in confined spaces and tight areas.
• Complete Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform/PPE standards.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, site personnel, and management.
• Identify and elevate operational issues, delays, hazards, or compliance concerns promptly.
