Job summary

DSV is seeking a Driver Helper (Travel Team) to support safe, compliant delivery and installation of high-value equipment from warehouses to Data Center Operations sites. You will perform white glove service, maintain professionalism, and assist with installation activities in construction and data center environments.

Role requires following SOPs, adhering to safety protocols, and effective communication with drivers and site teams, with travel to other U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in delivery, warehouse ops, moving/installation roles preferred
• Experience with white glove deliveries or data center logistics preferred
• Safe handling of large, heavy and fragile equipment in controlled environments
• Experience using manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks/dollies

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with deliveries to Data Center Operations sites
• Support loading/unloading and securement of freight for safe transport
• Assist with installation and placement of server systems and sensitive equipment
• Complete Proof of Delivery documentation and verify shipment accuracy
• Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, site personnel, and management
• Travel to other U.S. locations as required
• Work flexible schedules including weekends and overtime
