Job summary

DSV is hiring a Driver Helper (Travel Team) in the United States. The role supports safe, compliant delivery and installation of sensitive equipment from warehouses to Data Center Operations sites, with white glove service and adherence to safety protocols in active construction and data center environments.

Expected base pay is $29–$30 hourly. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, ability to operate in confined spaces, and strong communication with drivers and site teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in delivery, warehouse, moving/installation or similar physically demanding roles.
• Experience supporting white glove deliveries, data center logistics, or high-value/sensitive equipment handling preferred.
• Ability to interpret and follow SOPs, installation instructions, and site requirements.
• Basic familiarity with POD systems, handheld devices, or digital tracking tools preferred.
• Experience with IT/server rack installation or technical equipment setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with deliveries from warehouse to Data Center Operations sites.
• Support loading, unloading, and securing freight for safe transport.
• Assist with installation and placement of server systems and sensitive equipment.
• Perform installation support, including confined spaces and precise positioning of gear.
• Complete and verify Proof of Delivery documentation and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform and PPE standards.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, team, site personnel, and management.
• Travel to other U.S. locations as required by operations.
