Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Austin, TX is seeking a Driver Helper (Tech) to assist the driver with deliveries from warehouses to Data Center Operations sites, load and secure freight, and help place server systems following strict safety procedures.

The role demands professionalism, the ability to work in active construction and data center environments, occasional travel, and a commitment to white-glove service and accurate POD documentation while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in delivery, warehouse or installation roles preferred.
• Experience with white glove deliveries or high-value equipment preferred.
• Ability to safely move and position heavy/fragile equipment in controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist driver with deliveries from warehouse to DCO sites.
• Support loading, unloading, and securing freight for safe transport.
• Assist with installation and placement of server systems using provided tools and procedures.
• Complete POD documentation and verify shipment accuracy.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to PPE standards.
