Paycom - ATS in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Passenger Service Attendant – Wheelchair Agent to transport passengers safely and provide essential assistance. The role requires answering questions, coordinating with dispatchers, and maintaining the wheelchair passenger workflow with attention to safety and customer service.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 75 pounds, pass drug and alcohol tests as required, and read/write English proficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid phone number for contact.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test as required (DOT or Non-DOT).

Responsabilités

• Transport passengers safely to and from required locations while staying alert to potential hazards.
• Provide special assistance, information, and directions to passengers as needed to ensure positive relations.
• Project a friendly image when interacting with passengers, airlines staff and the public.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for assignments and gate agents regarding wheelchair passengers.
• Comply with TSA checkpoint screening requirements and processes.
• Complete incident reports for accidents or unusual events while transporting passengers.
• Complete wheelchair logs to document pushes.
• Perform other duties as required.
