Prospect Airport Services is seeking a Passenger Service Assistant (Wheelchair Agent) to help travelers requiring wheelchair assistance across the airport journey, from curbside to aircraft. You will deliver safe, respectful, and professional service.

The role prioritizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work well alone or with a team in a fast-paced airport environment. Candidates must be 18+, able to obtain airport credentials, and proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain airport credentials and security clearances.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with passengers and team members.
• Strong customer service skills and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers throughout the airport while delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, baggage claim, and navigating terminals.
• Safely assist passengers when boarding or exiting aircraft, including stairs when required.
• Collect wheelchairs from concourses and return to staging areas.
• Follow company, airline, airport, and safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with passengers, coworkers, supervisors, and airline personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
