Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a Passenger Service Assistant (Wheelchair Agent) to support passengers needing wheelchair assistance throughout their airport journey, from curbside to aircraft and final destinations. You will help ensure passengers receive safe, respectful, and professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain airport credentials and security clearances.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with passengers and team members.
• Strong customer service skills, reliability, and willingness to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers throughout the airport while delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, baggage claim, and navigating airport terminals.
• Safely assist passengers when boarding or exiting aircraft, including navigating aircraft stairs when required and authorized.
• Collect wheelchairs from airport concourses and return them to designated staging areas.
• Follow all company, airline, airport, and safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with passengers, coworkers, supervisors, and airline personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the requirements of the position.
