Job summary

Paycom - ATS Manchester, NH is seeking a Passenger Service Attendant – Wheelchair Agent to assist airline passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. The role involves transporting passengers, providing information, and coordinating with dispatchers to support efficient operations.

Applicants must have a high school education or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test as required (DOT or Non DOT) and submit to random testing.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely to and from required locations, remaining alert to hazards.
• Provide special assistance, general information, and directions to passengers.
• Project a positive and friendly image when interacting with passengers and staff.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for assignments and gate agents regarding wheelchair passengers.
• Comply with TSA checkpoint screening requirements and processes.
• Complete incident reports for accidents and out of the ordinary events during transport.
• Complete wheelchair logs to document pushes.
• Perform other duties as required.
