ABM US in New York seeks an Airline Passenger Assistant, or Wheelchair Agent, to assist passengers requiring wheelchair support within the airport, delivering reliable, friendly service and helping travelers move smoothly to their destinations.

Responsibilities include safe wheelchair transport, assisting with baggage as needed, coordinating with dispatchers and gate agents, and completing incident reports while following site security requirements.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to clear Airport ID process.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers.
• Positive interpersonal interaction with passengers.
• Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes.
• Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds.
• Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary.
• Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary.
• Complete thorough Incident Reports.
