Accenture is seeking an experienced WFS Scheduling Functional Lead in the United States, based in New York. You will plan and deliver end-to-end workforce software implementations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements across time, attendance, and scheduling modules. Travel may be required.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ADP integration experience, strong client-facing consulting skills, and a background in leading staffing and workforce solutions for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module (functional).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Job Scheduling Module.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to enhance performance end-to-end.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that impact multiple teams.
• Develop detailed implementation plans aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution of activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback to foster collaboration.
