Accenture PLC in New York seeks an experienced Workforce Software Scheduling Functional Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and optimize performance for client teams. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, mentor teammates, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years with Time & Attendance and Job Scheduling modules, plus at least one ADP implementation. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module (functional).
• 3+ years of experience in Workforce Software Job Scheduling Module.
• 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation (hands-on design).
• Deep Workforce Software knowledge including Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead implementation activities for a specific business function to enhance performance end-to-end.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with the team, and influence key decisions.
• Provide solutions to cross-team problems and coordinate with multiple teams.
