Job summary

Accenture Illinois is seeking an experienced WFS Scheduling Functional Lead to drive end-to-end workforce software implementations. You will plan, design, and coordinate deployment of time and attendance and job scheduling modules, lead cross-functional teams, and align solutions with client requirements.

Travel 0-100% as needed; you will mentor teams, gather requirements, and ensure on-time delivery. A Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant experience are expected, with ADP

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Job Scheduling Module.
Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and implementation of all activities for a specific business function to enhance performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage the team to ensure successful delivery.
