Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking a hands-on Workforce Developer with strong ADP Workforce Software experience in the New York area. The role focuses on building, customizing, and optimizing workforce management solutions using WFS scripting language with a backend emphasis on SQL data manipulation.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR operations, analysts, and architects to design workflows, configurations, and interfaces within WFS modules such as Time & Attendance and Scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Software platform and its scripting language.
• Strong SQL data manipulation and reporting skills.
• Backend coding focus with ability to optimize workforce management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions within the ADP Workforce Software (WFS) platform, using its proprietary scripting language (JavaScript-like).
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and HR operations teams to gather technical requirements.
• Design and implement configuration changes, workflows, interfaces, and rules in WFS modules (e.g., Time & Attendance, Scheduling).
• Write, debug, and maintain efficient and scalable code within WFS.
• Build reports, queries, and database interactions using SQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and integration errors.
• Participate in full SDLC activities – from requirements to deployment and support.
• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
