Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments with change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for forecasting and scheduling across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and shift generation.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs; partner with engineering for build plans.
• Define and enforce solution guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency; manage end-to-end lifecycle of enhancements and releases.
