Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead design and delivery of scheduling and labor forecasting across enterprise systems. You will partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering and vendors to ensure end‑to‑end functional lifecycle from demand forecasting to schedule generation.

Strong experience in WFM platforms, forecasting concepts, and change management is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• 7+ years configuring WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years strong communication and stakeholder leadership abilities.
• 2+ years analytical problem‑solving and scalable solution delivery.
• 2+ years growth mindset and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and define functional requirements for demand, staffing and scheduling.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns aligned to business realities.
• Partner with engineering to translate designs into configuration and builds.
• Own end‑to‑end functional delivery, including documentation and artefacts.
• Define reporting needs and drive adoption across HR, operations and tech.
