Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities across enterprise systems. This role owns the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation—partnering closely with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years of strong communication and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and governance; ensure compliance.
• Own functional delivery and coordinate configuration, extensions, reporting, and integrations.
• Drive adoption, training, and documentation across HR, operations, and technology teams.
