Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. This role owns the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation—partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience working with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts (demand modeling inputs, scenarios, overrides).
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers and scheduling pain points.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating model to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and optimization constraints; ensure compliance.
• Establish guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency.
