Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end design and delivery of scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to drive demand forecasting, staffing plans, and optimized schedules.

You will establish guardrails for accuracy, work with engineering to translate designs into configurations, and own the full functional lifecycle from planning to release.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers, seasonality, and staffing pain points.
• Define scheduling design patterns and validation rules to align with business needs and compliance.
• Configure and customize WFM vendor applications and build plans for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Define reporting needs and partner on dashboards to track forecasting accuracy and staffing adherence.
