Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techn o-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to design and deliver enterprise-grade WFM solutions.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, defining forecasting workflows, scheduling patterns, and ensuring solution guardrails, with a strong emphasis on adoption and governance across HR and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting.
• 6+ years configuring and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain/UKG.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management.
• 3+ years with strong communication and stakeholder leadership.
• 2+ years' analytical problem-solving and scalable solutions.
• 2+ years demonstrating growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops translating findings into requirements.
• Define forecasting workflows and operating model.
• Design scheduling patterns, shift templates and constraints.
• Own end-to-end functional delivery across enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Define reporting needs and partner on dashboards for operations.
