CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. This role partners with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to drive end-to-end functional lifecycle.

Responsibilities include shaping forecasting workflows, defining scheduling patterns, and ensuring accuracy, auditability, and adoption of WFM solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years communicating with stakeholders and driving decisions.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving and scalable solutions.
• 2+ years growing self and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities.
• Define and optimize forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns.
• Configure vendor applications and ensure end-to-end lifecycle delivery.
• Ensure documentation and artifacts in standard tracking tools.
• Partner with engineering, product, and vendors to deliver enhancements.
