Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting. This role owns the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation.

You will partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to drive fit-gap analyses, define patterns, guardrails, and auditable processes while delivering enhancements and supporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to translate demand drivers into actionable requirements.
• Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor/product options and current-state tools; recommend the right functional approach.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating model to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
