Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, supporting, or consulting on Time and Labor, workforce management, scheduling, payroll, HCM, or related systems
• Experience managing implementation milestones, client deliverables, and cross‑functional dependencies
• Experience analyzing client requirements and data to design functional solutions
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a CRM/project-management system
• Strong client-consulting and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Time and Scheduler implementations from discovery to go‑live
• Coordinate data conversion, integrations, testing, training, and go‑live readiness
• Develop client plans, milestones, and status updates in Salesforce
• Provide consultative recommendations to improve processes and adoption
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Client Services to improve delivery
