CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation in collaboration with product, engineering and vendors.

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors.
• 3+ years Agile environments with change management.
• 3+ years strong communication and stakeholder leadership.
• 2+ years analytical problem solving and solution delivery.
• 2+ years growth mindset and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for demand forecasting and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling patterns and governance for scalable solutions.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Define reporting needs and enable adoption across HR, operations, and tech.
